After 12th in Science if you have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
2)
Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
3)
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.
There are many course options available. You must opt for a course / stream which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.

As per your profile pursing MBA would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
This work experience of yours would surely give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.

With regard to your query, there is no bar on part-time students sitting for campus placement along with full time students. The criteria is set by the recruiters and not by the institute. As part-time students have at least two years of work-experience and are already working, the part-time MBA is generally used as an internal career-progression, but we would like to reiterate that part time students will be allowed to sit for campus placements if they wish to do so.
