Hi,
1. An additional course/certification is definitely advisable as it enhances the career opportunities.
2. Besides CA/CS, I can suggest you:-
**ICWA Costing, Management Accounting
https://www.shiksha.com/career-in-icwai-article-4663-1
**Tally - accounting software
https://www.shiksha.com/career-in-tally-article-4613-1
3. A science stream student can also take up B.COM.
4. It will not be difficult to cope up with. Initially you might find uneasy but slowly and gradually will be able to create a strong grip on the course content.

Well Both are Private Universities. But looking at the market prospect. Amity was set up way earlier than LPU and is better. Bcoz in my exp so far with LPU. the placements are very limited and students are still facing issues in getting themselves a job. So I suggest Amity is better.
Even on the terms of exposure, Amity has a good crowd, whereas LPU has typical punjab crowd which is itself a disaster!

Since, JEE is a new examination, predicting the ranks may be difficult. And, further, marks from 12th std are just for screening but not for deciding the ranks.
