Hi Neeraja,
I am afraid you cannot join Indian Navy right after 12th. For girls, the minimum qualification to appear for defence exams is having a B.Tech or law course.

The best will be the government college only, that is IIT, IIIT etc. For this you must score a high marks in JEE main and advanced in order to get a seat in this college. If you are of general category then you have to work hard. Even if you are getting the NIT then go for it. Other colleges will be BITS BITSAT, DAIICT, DU, etc.
Best of luck.

For the purpose of pursuing an LLM from any university, you need to have a LLB Degree from a recognized university, as per BAR Council of India. You may take up CS simultaneously. However, admission for LLM for a CS alone would not be possible. A mandatory requirement is LLB Degree along with which you may have a CD as well.

If you are looking for a corporate placement then chances of campus placement are really low. Companies go to NLUD for recruitment. Outside campus placements is your talent and your skills but you definitely get the brand value. Only a few faculty member are good, rest are not. Cut-offs depend on the exam but the ranks are highly determined by the domicile, SC/ST/OBC/Ph.D categories etc. If you score a rank in 2000s, you will get admission into an affiliated college in spot counseling and if you are a Delhiite, same rank would land you up in university school.
