6 STEPS TO STARTING UP YOUR OWN EVENTS COMPANY:
1) Gain relevant experience: Utilize previous event planning experience.
2) Expand your network: Use social media, attend seminars, trade shows and other events.
3) Create a business plan: Research a plan, formulate a budget, and create a marketing plan.
4) Register your company: Register your company name, trade mark and web site. Create logos and business cards.
5) Define your services: Register with an online service provider. Define your fee structure, and create promotional material.

The initial salary will be Rs 15,000-Rs 20,000, which can go up to Rs 35,000 with 2-3 years of hard work.
After graduation, one can join as a management trainee and after 18 months of the training programme, you can get the position of assistant restaurant manager & earn about Rs 25,000. After two years excluding training period, if you are eligible for restaurant manager then you can earn around Rs. 30,000 - Rs 35,000 per month along with perks.
