It depends on the perspective of an individual. The one year integrated LL. M. is less time consuming, one saves an academic year against a 2 year LL. M. The one year is at par with the 2 year course in terms of value and is very much recognised by UGC. On the contrary, if one wishes to gain deeper insight and knowledge and prepare well for Dissertation, I will advise 2 year LL.
