No, UBC, is not an Ivy League institute, as it is based in Canada. The Ivy League only comprises of colleges & universities from the United States, & as a result UBC is not eligible to be considered in that group.
However, it still maintains a great academic environment, & many prominent publications, consider it a part of the "Canadian Ivys", an unofficial name given to some of the best institutions in Canada.

Firstly you have a bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent cgpa.
And secondly DTU only offers M.A. programme in economics, only few seats are available (approx 60).
Admission is on the basis of CUET PG score .
So admission in DTU you have to need good score in CUET PG.

If I talk about BHU, there is no course like B.Tech. You can not get admission through CUET.
For B.Tech you have to appear in JEE exam and for M.Tech you have to appear in GATE exam.
