If you have SC quota then NIT's are waiting for you sir! If you have given JEE advanced then you are asking for less! Go for IIT it's your ultimate path!
You can apply for descent NIT's though through your JEE Main rank!

Hi Kamal, DTU and NSIT have almost same cut off. But IITD takes admissions through JEE Advanced. Your rank will almost be 21000-25000. So I think it will be very difficult to get those branches.
