Hi Sushma,
Both biotechnology and allied health sciences are different programs and so cannot be compared. Please research more on the programs and branches and also the career roles. Check resources like Wikipedia for details. While allied health professions are healthcare professions who may be dental hygienists, sonographers, dietitians, medical technologists, etc. Biotechnology deals with cellular and biomolecular processes and related technologies. Which course you should pursue is something you must know or figure out based on your career interests and aptitude.
