So, here is the eligibility criteria for MBA:
You should have Bachelor's degree of at least 3 years for MBA.
You must have at least 50% marks for being eligible.
Candidate appeared for final year exam are also eligible for admission.
No age limit for MBA.
You have to appear for the entrance exam after securing good marks in MBA entrance exam, you can join a good college for MBA.

Frankly speaking, I would strongly advise you to analyse as to why you have scored so less marks? Both in JEE Mains and 12th. You may get admission in engineering college but is it worth it? What interests you? What is your passion? Go with this flow.

Law is open to students from all streams. Since, law itself is not limited to a particular specialization and covers a wide range of fields from finance, media, intellectual property and right to information technology, you can do some research as to which specialization could be of your interest and decide accordingly. You have to know what is best for you since suggesting you a specialization as per my choice may not turn out to be a good choice for you at all.
