IAE or other institutes in the aviation industry are almost the same. I would suggest you to go and interact with the students studying in the college and specially those studying in the last year, they would be your best guide.
Just confirm, whether IAE has an approval of DGCA for the field in which you are interested before taking the admission. As AME course is not approved/recognized by UGC, it needs an approval from DGCA, Govt. of India.
Also, most of the colleges have part approval. So, be sure before taking the admissions.
