Yes, you can. Check with the admission requirements of various universities and apply accordingly. You must have a relevant education background, proper grades and an IELTS or TOEFL score too.

Hi Ajaya, if you have not yet applied to any Bachelor's degree course you must communicate with the universities firstly and ask for such a provision. Generally colleges have a declaration that if you don't clear the compartment exams your application will be withdrawn. If you are already pursuing your degree I am afraid you won't have any such provisions and you should have checked the conditions earlier.
