If the given ranks are your category rank. Then, I will have to say that it is enough to get you into DTU. DTU is one of the topmost college of the country and holds a good reservation for delhiites.
If you are resident of Delhi then you can go try for it, you might get some non-core branch there. Or maybe, you will have to go for another options.

It depends. If you get a good job offer in the college itself, continue with it for a couple of years and then opt for MBA (if you wish). Else, you may choose to pursue MBA. Though having work experience is not compulsory for doing MBA, it is always helpful during the admission process of different colleges, relating more to the MBA curriculum and then during the campus placements.
