OU is a government funded university whereas CBIT is not. Culture in OU is different to that of CBIT.
I think OU is better for placements and other stuff.

CAT is the entry level test for most of the institutes providing a degree of MBA or PGDM. It is divided into three sections QA, Verbal, LR/DI and you need to score equally well in all the sections. To prepare for the same you can buy books targeting such exams, you can join any institutes which will help you crack the exam. There are colleges like Xavier's, Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, MICA to enter in which you need to give their respective test where CAT score is not applicable. Also if you are planning to get admitted into local institutes then along with CAT do appear for CMAT and MAT exams which are easy scoring and will be helpful.

Eligibility for B.Sc. In Forensic Sciences:
The basic criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognised educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Math as main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 55%. However, a few private universities in India conduct their own entrance tests for evaluating and admitting students to the course. Once notifications for these entrance exams are out, you can apply online or offline to these institutes for admissions. Regards.
