To be a teacher, you should apply for B.ED as that is mandatory. Further you'll be required to sit for Teacher Eligibility Test.
And further you can plan to pursue masters in one of your specialized subjects followed by PhD in order to further enhance your teaching career. I would suggest you to opt for the subject in which you possess keen interest and passion.
