The counseling date of uptu is yet to be announced. .i contacted them they said .counseling will start in the first or second week of july. .however they ensured that they have started sending counseling letter by post to students. .
now second is related to your rank so i will suggest you to go to www.upsee.nic.in where you will find combine general ranking, you can select your stream and they will show you the list of college . .after selecting the college you can see the opening and closing rank list of that particular college. .
means if GNOP 123 to 434 then General category student with rank between 123 to 434 can apply in that college. .
