Yes you can pursue MBA because most of the good b school requires atleast 50% in graduation but you should have appeared for any of this entrance exam like CAT,MAT,XAT,CMAT etc.

Also keep reading the weekly Rojgar samachar (Employment newspaper) and find out about applying to various Govt sector jobs / vaccancies / exams. In the meantime if you can do then try to go for post graduation in a subject of your choice.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please note that without taking management entrance test it would not be possible for you to get admission in this program.
For your reference find below various national level MBA entrance tests.

- CMAT.
