If a students fails in any subject then they should try to learn all the subject once again, she needs to spend one more year in the same class to study basic concepts carefully. After one year she will be able to go for IIT JEE, WBJEE,COMEDK, VITJEE and many engineering exams. Best of luck. Choice is yours. She can do engineering, B.Sc, BBA, BCA etc

You can choose any specialization when it comes to MBA. It goes on your personal interest as in which domain interests you. In the first year you will get knowledge of all the domains and then you can decide on which one to go with in the second year.
But if I would suggest, I will tell you take up Operations as Engineers benefit from this domain in MBA.
Rest any domain will benefit you equally.
You are thinking correct. MBA will boost your career. You can go for executive MBA from top B-Schools. Just join any Coaching institute that will further garnish you skills to get admission in top B-Schools.

Yes a bit because canada has wider market than australia. moreover working population in canada is lesser than australia. saying this I do not mean that australia is complete no. in case you have relatives in australia, they may recommend and it may work in australia too, just that a lil difficult.
