Being better depends on what you are looking for. DTU being older than NSIT is said to be better for core branches like electrical, mechanical etc. I personally have no experience of the DTU dept. Cutoff for MAT is 99.9X percentile. Kindly have an equivalent percentile of your above scores. If anything around 99.90 to 99.99 you have pretty good chance of getting admission.

Dear Mayur, have you checked with the requirements of the universities you desire to apply to? normally a score of 5 is not acceptable but might be considered under certain circumstances depending on your profile overall. An IELTS of 6.5 ( with no section less than 6 ) is required mostly.
