Yes, you can but just a foreign tag does not give you a job. those days have gone now when student used to enroll any c grade university abroad then used to get Visa and settle there now it is strictly scrutinise and students are sent back to their country. you must get admission in a top rated institute where ideally you need to have more than 90 percent marks in qualifying exam, relevant work experience, strong recommendation and other factors.

88% is really a good score. Placements for marketing in PIMSR are quite good, but not for finance. Very few companies came.

There is no such minimum requirement of CAT percentile for PGDM(ABM) in MANAGE, as the selection procedure is mainly based on your performance at the personal interview and group discussion, percentile is given a weight of 55% in the total selection procedure.
A CAT percentile of 80+ works good for general category students.
