There are no black and white answers to this question. It depends on the individual, the quality of the medical college he went to, his enthusiasm and interest in the subject and his subsequent engagement in class and college.
One thing does stand out - medicine is going to get hyper-competitive going forward. There are many AIIMS being set up in India and many medical colleges are being upgraded. This would result in an intellectual arms race where only the most diligent would get placements in cities and top centres. More and more niches would open up going forward.

Depending on the stream, you want to choose in MBA, it is important to have the specific graduation subjects with minimum of 50% marks. To pursue MBBS in Australia, complete your Bachelor's degree with high percentage, take the UMAT and IELTS and apply for medical programs. UMAT is required to study MBBS in Australia. To pursue MD or practice medicine in Australia check with the Australian Medical Council, you must clear the very tough AMC Exam.
