There are no black and white answers to this question. It depends on the individual, the quality of the medical college he went to, his enthusiasm and interest in the subject and his subsequent engagement in class and college.
One thing does stand out - medicine is going to get hyper-competitive going forward. There are many AIIMS being set up in India and many medical colleges are being upgraded. This would result in an intellectual arms race where only the most diligent would get placements in cities and top centres. More and more niches would open up going forward.
Some important points in regards to private medical colleges are:
There will be a huge level of competition amongst the faculty also. Eg Ramaiah and KIMS Medical colleges, they even take feedback on the teaching methodologies wherein the students give the feedback. This will help the Academic Committee to evaluate the teachers' performance.
Since a majority of the students opting private medical colleges are average students (as per the trends), they need a bigger push from the faculty to be levelled against the students in Govt Med Colleges. So, in general, the faculty are innovative in teaching and inculcate innovative learning amongst the students.
When it comes to technology, private medical colleges are equally competent. So as the patient flow, and off-course the tuition fee is more compared to the Govt Med College.
It is thus definitely advantageous to studious students (less percentage) in private medical college who are exposed to even good teaching methodologies compared to Govt Medical colleges along with other factors.

Depending on the stream, you want to choose in MBA, it is important to have the specific graduation subjects with minimum of 50% marks. Also, you will appear for entrance exams that test your Aptitude, analytical, reasoning and English Skills. In case you want to do MBA in a stream, that you are new to, then it makes sense to be aware of the purpose for the same as it will be asked at some stage of the recruitment process. For the Soft skills, in a very generic sense, it is important that you possess interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, leading skills and ability to take up initiatives, effective communication skills and team player skills.
