To pursue B.Tech, the basic eligibility criteria are as follows:
Academic Qualifications: The candidate should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics. Minimum Marks: The candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in the above-mentioned subjects. Entrance Exam: The candidate should have a valid score in any of the engineering entrance exams like JEE Main JEE Advanced BITSAT VITEEE MHT CET KCET etc. If you are an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) student, you may be eligible for lateral entry admission to the second year of B.Tech course. The eligibility criteria for lateral entry admission may vary from institute to institute, but generally, the candidate should have completed a Diploma in engineering or technology with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) from a recognised institute. You see the list may go on. Just be confident. I haven't heard of anyone being rejected. Ultimately at the end of the day it's business for them, teaching is just incidental. You would know more when you get inside.

There's no best specialisation in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like.
