As per the official 2022 brochure released by Guwahati University, admission to BTech is completely entrance-based. While 20% of the total seats for BTech are reserved for students who have passed the JEE Main exam (provided that have the official PRC of the state), the remaining 80% of the seats are filled via the pass out students of Assam CEE.
