To what career you can pursue will depend on the stream that you opt for. If you are keen to pursue a career in Economics then i think it would be great if you pursue a Masters in this field as this will broaden your career spectrum.
With a background in Economics you can opt for various job options that are available in the sectors like Finance and Banking, Insurance and Actuaries, Stock market, Sales and marketing etc.With the help of your Masters in Economics you are eligible for jobs in the govt. sector as well; you can write IES exam (Indian Economic Services) post your graduation or NET (Lectureship) post your Masters.
With a 1 yr diploma in finance management, you have already given another dimension to your career and the scope in the field of finance is huge and with a background of Economics, this will definitely add to the benefit towards making a career in the field of finance.
Other than this, you can opt for MBA /Masters in Finance provided you are keen for further education.

If you want to do masters from University of Hamburg then in order to take admission you should have a relevant bachelors degree in electrical or closely related field . Students whose native language is not English must demonstrate their knowledge of English with a TOEFL score of 550 (or 213 for CBT) or IELTS, Band 6 or better. If the BSc (or comparable) degree was obtained at a school, where the primary language of instruction was English, language skills are accepted as sufficient. Also other internationally acknowledged language tests are accepted. Average International Student Fees at Hochschule Esslingen University of Applied Sciences Euro 500 per semester charged. Added to the administrative fees are 40 and the student fee of Euro 75.85. The course will cost Euro 615.85 per semester.

If you want to do masters from University of Bonn then in order to take admission you should have a relevant bachelors degree in electrical or closely related field . Students whose native language is not English must demonstrate their knowledge of English with a TOEFL score of 550 (or 213 for CBT) or IELTS, Band 6 or better. If the BSc (or comparable) degree was obtained at a school, where the primary language of instruction was English, language skills are accepted as sufficient. Also other internationally acknowledged language tests are accepted. Since 2007, the University of Bonn in addition to collecting the social security contribution tuition fees of Euro 500 per semester. Kindly contact the university for more details.

Humboldt University of Berlin offers various master degree programs however i would like to know in which particular field you want to go for masters . In order to take admission into masters program you should have a good bachelors degree if course taught in english then TOEFL score is requires as well. Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged.If you clear the DAAD scholarship then education is free. Also You are strongly advised to assess your financial resources realistically. Although the tuition fees are borne by the German Federal States, you should have enough funds to cover your cost of living for the entire duration of your study. You should estimate with monthly expenses of no less than EUR 650.
