Hi,
For preparation you can either join coaching or do self study, the only thing you need to do is hard work as there is no short cut to hard work.
There are two stages in civil Service Exams:

Since the preliminary exam is an elimination round the candidate should also learn to focus only on the information needed and filter out the rest. Choice of the right optio

You would need to specify the course you're interested in. Also a suggestion, Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your Career is a resultant of your kn

Dear Kiran,
As per your rank suggests, though you might not get a good college, but as ECE is available as branch in almost all the engineering colleges, you have very much the chances of getting that.
Still if you don't get ECE anywhere or are getting a below average college, i would suggest, if you can afford donation amount, check with the management quota seats in good private engineering colleges. Remember not just the branch, college profile matters too.
Best of luck !
