As per your rank suggests, though you might not get a good college, but as ECE is available as branch in almost all the engineering colleges, you have very much the chances of getting that.
Still if you don't get ECE anywhere or are getting a below average college, i would suggest, if you can afford donation amount, check with the management quota seats in good private engineering colleges. Remember not just the branch, college profile matters too.
