You are a BE (Mech) + M.Tech. (Product Design & Manufacturing) and seeking a career. If you are a creative personality then Product Design would be better or if not choose production/ manufacturing as options. Gain experience in the relevant line and then go for learning in SAP as you'll be in a position to know where you fit in production lines, so that you can pick a right career path.
Fresher with SAP alone will not fetch you a job in production company.
