You are a BE (Mech) + M.Tech. (Product Design & Manufacturing) and seeking a career. If you are a creative personality then Product Design would be better or if not choose production/ manufacturing as options. Gain experience in the relevant line and then go for learning in SAP as you'll be in a position to know where you fit in production lines, so that you can pick a right career path.
Fresher with SAP alone will not fetch you a job in production company.

This is a good combination if you are interested in corporate laws. it is advisable that you also go for LLB which will give you better edge in the competitive market. however, you need to be very strong at theory and legal interpretation even if you want to take up CS.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
