Many universities offer such options where if you are working, you can carry out research at work place however the admission should be strictly as per UGC guideline of 2009.
Do not opt any private and deemed universities as they are involve in degree scam.

and other state universities

JBIMS University of Mumbai
however, any reputed universities do not admit students staying beyond 50 KMS from the univeristy's jurisdiction.

In three ways you can pursue MBA/PGDM program i.e Full Time, Part Time & Distance learning the differnce between them is :
Part time MBA
If you have substantial work experience [more than 6 years] in the industry and if you plan to stick to the same industry, go for part time MBA.
But at the same time, make sure that you enroll in a A grade college.
All said and done, part time MBA is not seen in the same light as full time, but a good college/brand name will suffice for that. And the reality is that it's almost impossible to shift career 180 degrees using your part time degree.

As it would be difficult to provide the eligibility criteria for each and every institute offering Bachelor of Mass Media (B.M.M.).
Basic eligibility for pursuing Bachelor of Mass Media (B.M.M.) is mentioned below:

Hi Jyoti, cutoff rank is nothing but lowest CET rank holder who got a Government quota seat in a particular college for a particular branch. This means suppose a college is having 60 Government seat for a particular branch & the last person (with lowest rank) could get the seat is a cutoff rank. These varies every year & for every quota.

If you plan to study MS in USA you better start preparing everything one year before you want to take admission. For example if you want to take admission in FALL 2014 session , then you should start your admission process from August 2013.
