After completing BHM you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, Masters in hospitality etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in hospitality sector, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. General MBA program.
2. MBA in aviation management.
3. MBA in HR.
If you are interested in pursuing MBA then this work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidate over a fresher for a job.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that in order to pursue part time MBA program you need to have atleast 2 years of full time work experience after graduation.
However if you wish to work and pursue MBA simultaneously in that case pursuing MBA through distance education would be the best option for you, by this you may easily maintain balance between your job and studies.
