Hi Ashok Kumar,
If he is keen to study B.Sc most colleges won't ask for any entrance but since he has such good grades and also he has taken SAT, he should look for universities in USA, Canada, etc. Not only he has a chance to get into a good university but also opportunities in this field are better. Otherwise, all his efforts which he has made for his SAT, IELTS, etc., will go in vain and there is no point for him to take the stress and taking all these study abroad exams if you are or were ultimately planning to make him study in India only.
