Germany is the place which is meant Engineers , especially Mechanical engineers
Whereas in your case , as a SSC student it will be very difficult for you to manage with the german language even though English is spoken widely, but still knowing German language is also very important to make yourself constant in one place .
If you are still interest to study in German , first step is to learn German Language then search the university which offers Diploma in engineering for the student who finished their SSC Only,,
