Dear Saket, The fee structure for 2 years UPES MBA program is Rs. 8.02 lakhs, which is to be paid in four installments. UPES MBA programs are domain focused programs and are designed for different sectors. You cannot classify any one of them as best sector, as all programs are unique in nature for the sector it is designed for.
To apply to UPES MBA program, candidate should have minimum 50% marks in class 10th, 12th and Graduation along with Minimum CAT score of 70 percentile or MAT score of 75 percentile.
If you don’t have CAT or MAT score then you can apply for UPES Management Entrance Test ( UPESMET) scheduled on 22nd Feb. 2014. The last date to apply for the same is 7th Feb. 2014. For more details or to apply online visit www.upes.ac.in

The National Law University Delhi conducts All India Law Entrance Test for admission to B.A.LL.B (Hons.), LL.M and PhD Degree Programs.
Eligibility Criteria-
For Five-Year B.A., Ll.B. (Hons.) Program:
Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or equivalent Examination with 50% of marks.
The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2013 can also apply.
Age: Below 21 years as on 1 July, 2013 (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates).
For LL.M Program:
LL.B. or an equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).
The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/May, 2013 can also apply.
For PhD Program:
LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).
Once you are done with the diploma course, you can plan to pick B.E/B.TECH and thereafter proceed with a law program.

Please let us know in detail which which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however please remember with 69% marks in BE it would be difficult for you to get admission in good German universities.
Please note that besides academics and IELTS you also need GRE score for admission in masters degree in German university.
For admission in masters degree in German universities you need to have GRE score of 300 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
