Once you have the PMP, you need to consider how you're applying the processes, tools, and techniques to projects. By sharing how you apply the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework and demonstrating that through actions, you'll build your own personal brand within the company as someone who can deliver. With each success, you should find experiences on larger projects across programs in different business organizations. By demonstrating greater competency managing more complex projects, you'll also be able to compete for more senior positions.However, certification is merely a test; it validates academic competency, but it doesn't prove you have a historic track record of success. When hiring project managers, I often look for the PMP certification to screen incoming resumes and prioritize candidates for interviews, though I'm using the PMP to look for leadership behaviors across different projects. With enough study and creative experience, anyone can become a PMP, but the successful project managers have a track record of successful delivery using the PMBOK framework.
Ultimately, I believe long-term career success depends on the person and not the credentials. SAP FI/CO is an acronym that refers to two modules of an ERP system that is called SAP. SAP FI stands for "Financial accounting" and SAP CO stands for "Controlling". These two modules are related and, therefore, often SAP consultants have knowledge of both of them. For training centers you should consult SAP Education website. They also have prices their.sap fico modules are for those who posses least 2 years of experience in relevant field.while considering for institute you should check there back ground like since how many years they are running the institute, number of students passed from the institute/placed are they authorized sap partner of Germany. Kindly note that I know few Non-Financial background guys doing great in SAP FICO world and have seen CA/MBA finance guys struggling to get it cause they just wont learn.It is more EASY if you are a Finance Graduate/Post Graduate/CA/MBA Finance etc to start syncing in the concepts easily. How fast can you understand Debit-Credit , Balance Sheet/ P&L ? Of course the Finance degree guys have an edge .Many services companies like TCS, Infosys etc have always been recruiting fresh CA's/MBA's from colleges .They train them in SAP FICO for 6-8 weeks and then put them on work in Projects as Shadow resources. That is the best way to get work and make them learn. You should hang on to your first JOB for a minimum of 3 years to at least learn something good and start looking out for the next switch. 1-2 years of experience is too low to make a Job switch as per my understanding.
