It appears that you you are not clear on your strong points and interests. Try to find out why you have scored good in Commerce, and specifically in which subjects. Was that of your interest and aptitude? If yes, you must focus and zero in on those areas. It is only after this that you will be able to decide whether to contniue trying for CA, or go for Management. -, Law or any competititve examination. Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing B.Arch:
Aspirant must have passed 10+2 with PCM from a Recognized board.
All application for B.Arch. course including NRI / Foreign Nationals should write the Aptitude test conducted by Council of Architecture (NATA) and the score should not be less than 80 out of 200.

Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page.
