There are a lot of criteria for the selection process apart from the exam score like GD, extra curriculars etc. I would suggest you to concentrate on XAT and try to score better as this would strengthen your chances for admission.

MBA in HR is a good choice. Career prospects in HR are pretty good. In HR as the experience grows you earn more. To take the re-exam every university has a procedure. Technically you need to fill the re-exam form which will be available at your admin department and you can take the exams in next semester. For further information I would suggest you to check with the Admin Department of your university.

Do not worry Maths is not compulsory for Management courses you can proceed with it for management entrance exam you need to have only 50% in graduation degree means any graduation degree
Go ahead and prepare well for CAT first complete 12th then focus on graduation from 1st year of Graduation only just start your preparation from base level if you study hard for 3year on CAT you will surely suceeded
