Hi,
Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however please remember as the medium of education in UK universities is English so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take IELTS tests to prove their english language proficiency.
Without valid IELTS scores it would not be possible for you to pursue studies in UK.
Regarding preparation of this test, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for IELTS.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.
