Eligibility to pursue BA in any stream is 10+2. But why pursue a simple BA when there are so many professional degrees available that can enhance your career.
You can do a B.A in Fashion Design or Graphic Design from WLCI. WLCI Fashion School and WLCI Design School offers different programmes. The career opportunities are quite good since WLCI has a unique traineeship programme and placement cell to help students find lucrative job offers with ease.

How are you getting admission at this time of the year? As all admission to B.Arch and B.Tech. take place in Jul-Aug month. Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology is basically a polytechnic college who recently got approval for B.Tech. courses. They have following branches:-
Computer Science and Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Industrial and Production Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Instrumentation & Control Engineering
These are totally different from Architecture. You could compare it with Civil branch but it is not offered by them.
School of Planning & architecture started as Polytechnic college and now it is deemed to be University but their new campus is still not developed. In architecture department they do not have a single post graduate faculty, including the HOD. Therefore, I will not recommend both the colleges.
