Depends on what you want to study and in which college. It is hard to comment anything on your query right now. A college may accept this score as it is or they may ask for a retake. If you have a very good academic profile they may offer you a bridge course in English.

Let me tell you the difference between PGPBM and PGPIBM. PGPBM is a full-time course and PGPIBM is a course where you will attend college for a few months and then do your apprenticeship. Talking about the subjects, you have the M.Sc background so better if you take up marketing because finance and HR will be totally different from your Bachelor's degree. Marketing will be good because you will learn a different subject that will not make it difficult for you to understand.
That's my opinion. All the best.

Yes, you can get admission in International Institute of Fashion Design without taking an entrance test. The college takes direct admissions.

As per the eligibility criteria of CSIR UGC NET Exam, candidates who have secured at least 55% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for it. There is no age limit for those who want to apply for CSIR NET Assistant Professor. For JRF, the maximum age limit is 28 years. I hope it helps.

My strong advice is not to give second thoughts to any Institute offering B.Tech, via distance education. Recently, SC of India has cancelled 10 years back degrees. Secondly, UGC has come down heavily to award degree through distance education mode for a study that requires extensive practicals.
If you are working, then go for AMIE.
