Both the fields are poles apart. If you talk about BBA, then it is related to management after doing BBA you can go for MBA. If we talk about Nursing then it comes into medical field. Growth factor is much high BBA than Nursing. You even changes of going to abroad if you do MBA. Money you will be earning will depend upon your skill set.
