The CA IPCC/IPCE (Chartered Accountancy - Integrated Professional Competence Course/Exam) is designed for being pursued by the students along with their graduation or higher courses.
It is the identification for the second level of the CA (Chartered Accountancy) course conducted by the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). The course is identified as IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) and the examination at the end of the course is identified as IPCE (Integrated Professional Competence Examination)
This is the second level for all students taking up the chartered accountancy course after getting through the CA CPT (Chartered Accountancy Common Proficiency Test).
IPCC requires the student to undergo compulsory articleship training with a practicing Chartered Accountant for a three year period. Such training would commence only after the student has got through group I of the IPCC or the ACT course.

Though Germany is a country known for its technological advancements but, it also has a good scope for research oriented courses.
As you are interested in pursuing a Masters in Radiology, you cab look at the below mentioned universities:

Master in Medical Radiation Physics
For more information on German Universities, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
Also, education in Germany is government funded so there is possibility that you might have to give a minimum fee.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

In order to pursue higher studies or practice medicine in foreign countries, most of the countries requires all the international medical graduates to get them self registered with the medical council of the particular country where they wish to study or practice medicine, generally most of the countries conducts the eligibility test, and if the students pass this examination, they can pursue higher studies or practice medicine.
As you are interested in pursuing PG from Denmark or Sweden, it would be advisable for you to browse through the website of Medical council of these countries to get detailed information.
