I would suggest, you should do this course from the College of Management and Economics Studies, UPES, Dehradun.
The program consists of a major stream and an elective stream selected from accounting, marketing, business management and business information systems or operations management. The provision of the elective stream enables you to study a second business area in depth and to develop skills and overall marketability. To become an electronics engineer, your brother needs to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard. During this time, he can also join a good engineering coaching institute for better preparation. After completing class 12th, your brother needs to appear for various entrance examinations.
