PGDM and MBA are very similar the only difference is that PGDM is awarded by a college approved by AICTE, whereas, MBA is awarded by a university recognised by UGC.
MMS is offered by Mumbai University and is equivalent to MBA.

As you are thinking about CS with interior decoration, so you may be interested in computer related designing. Combining both, you can go for web designing or architecture. If you are not interested in the two options mentioned above then pursue B.Tech as interior decoration is no big deal if you have a good knowledge of decoration after completing B.Tech, you can learn interior decoration. Please do a certificate or Diploma from a good institute. It all depends on your interest, finance and artistic talent.

Some companies may be interested in hiring only those, who are academically consistent. Whereas, some companies may overlook them completely. As you cannot alter your academic scores, it is better you completely focus on cracking the various MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc.
As far as the admissions are concerned, you can get admission in a top college, provided you perform well in these exams and the subsequent interview rounds.
