It is actually compatible, you just need to understand accounts. You need to know basic accountancy, which is taught during your class 11th and class 12th. But, still people jump from Science to Commerce. It is manageable, and is not too hard as Science.

Hi Roopesh Roshan, your gap is actually work experience, so it may be taken positively. You must draft your personal statement accordingly, your admissions will depend on your personal statement or SOP, recommendation letters and your overall application package. Mention your challenges, career plans, your work experience, why you want to study now etc. Very strategically. But, before applying you must contact the universities and personally talk to them. They will guide you as per their admission policies.

Rather than going in other countries for MBA, do it in India. There are a lot of good colleges in India and fee is also less as compared to other countries' colleges and you will get really good packages through MBA in India. So, save your money. Doing MBA in other countries does't increase your curriculum value that much. It was the same as in India but make sure you will do an MBA through one of the best MBA colleges in India at least in the top 50 Colleges. Check the top 50 MBA colleges in India and start preparing for them.
