If you are looking for Lateral Entry you have to appear for separate Entrance examination for that. There is no institute which will accept unqulified students any an Entrance, however, there are institutes which do give direct admission but there is no concrete list or information available for it, so you need to get in touch with various Institutes.

Although, with this rank R.V. College may be difficult but you can try for some decent colleges such as P.E.S. Institute of Technology, Bangalore, B.M.S College of Engineering, Bull Temple Road, Bangalore, MS Ramaiah Institute of Tech, Bangalore, JSS Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore, etc.
