As you can make great career in both the field, if you are opting for Science, you will have option to go for Engineering or medical, if you are opting for commerce, you will have option to go for CA/CS/ICWAI. As there aregreat career oppurtunities in both the field but success rate in science is more compared to Commerece, so decision is yours. Anyway this question is very good for discussion, so I am putting the question under discussion for the benefit of all the students.

HI Arjun, you may not be recognised as an accountant in Nz by NZICA but may get a advanced standing. That is to say that you may get some credits for doing CA in India but you will also have to study accounts in Nz and apply for membership with NZICA. If you get membership with NZICA and are a CA or ACA then you can practise.
