Dear Kavinder, don't go to Lingaya's. It's a bad, bad college. Faculty is the worst of its class - most teachers can't even speak English, leave alone knowing their own subject. The staff there does not treat you very well. It's more like a government office where you have to go from desk to desk for getting small things done. Then, it's like a jail. They don't let you move out before the college officially shuts in the evening, so even if you are free all day, you'll be forced to stay confined inside the college campus. Placements are below average. Life at Lingaya's is truly miserable: they don't have even clean toilets out there! Their buses have broken doors and windows and are non-ac. Besides travelling to that location is a tedious task in itself considering the badly broken roads and the bad surroundings which are also unsafe for girls. Lingaya's to me was a traumatic nightmare that I'm trying to forget. Please don't make the same mistake as I did by joining Lingaya's University. Trust me, please. I am trying to help you.

As far as your query is concerned, for the placements, I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.

Pursuing MBA abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a MBA degree from abroad are:
Getting a better quality of education.
Improves career opportunities.
Broaden international experience.
Gaining exposure to different cultures.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
