As mentioned on the website, Delhi University will soon make the admission forms available for academic session 2012. The aspirants can start applying for admission to Delhi University from June 4 to 18.
The online forms can be accessed on DU official website, while the physical forms will be available at around 15 to 16 post offices across the city and at 10 designated colleges.

As per the information available, UPTU accepts UPSEE score, an entrance that is conducted by the UPTU (now Gautam Buddh Technical University). Hence you need to have a valid UPSEE score/ rank so to apply for te college.

It is good that you are keen to pursue a career in Hardware/ Networking but to get all these courses/ certification under a single course and that too of a degree level is less of an option. Yet I would suggest you to choose a course depending on your interest, priority and most importantly as per your education qualification.
