Archit both are equally good but what is important is your interest. What are you interested in- BBA or B.Tech? If you talk of BBA it is simple graduation but B.Tech is a professional degree which surely is going to be better.
These days you have your professional degrees integrated with Masters course like B.Tech- MBA/ M.Tech, where students tend to save a year. Thus making it a 5 yr.s degree, also the time that is required to finish BBA followed by MBA.
