It is not possible for taking admission based upon JEE rank, but based upon your marks you may get admission in some universities like: MIT, osmania, Lovely professional University. Don't stick to one place only, as it's a matter of your career. Also check for scholarship as well based upon 12 percentage.

Scopes varies a lot in various engineering streams its depend upon your interest.
You may choose B.Tech in Mechanical engineering with Agriculture equipment and Machinery OR you can choose B.Sc Agriculture OR b.Sc Agriculture + M.SC agriculture as a dual degree.
Inspite of all these university from where you do your studies matters a lot.
