Hi Rohit,
You can start preparing by revising the basics of physics, chemistry and maths of class 11th. You will have to work hard and set a proper schedule distributing time in accordance with the capability. Also, give some mock tests and go through previous years question paper of GEEE, which you can easily find on the internet. I hope it helps.

Hi
You may go for hons in any of the subjects in 12th like sociology, pol sc., history etc and then prepare for upsc to work as IAS/ IPS etc.
Alternatively, go for B.A +M.A + NET to become a professor in college. Research is another option or mba after graduation.
