Scholarship is available through Samaj Kalyan to the students whose parent's annual income is below 2 lacs. PSIT offers scholarship from the college itself for students with certain marks and after qualifying a test.

To get admission for biotechnology in Fergusson College, Pune aim at getting a percentage above 90-95 (general category) to get a seat if you are an outside Maharashtra candidate and with 75-80% within the state candidate. Though the cutoff varies on caste categories and also if the candidate is outside Maharastra or within the state candidate.

Dear student, any candidate can get colleges like NIT or IIIT through JEE Mains also.
Advance plays a role in getting the admission in IITs, since through JEE Mains counselling, students can get NIT, IIIT only but not IIT.

I can just let you know about the eligibility for colleges commonly and that is-
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. Programs is mentioned below. Candidates must pass in Higher Secondary School examination from a recognised educational boardThey should have Maths and English as core subjectsMinimum 50% marks are required at 10+2 level. Although, candidates from Science and Arts stream are also eligible to apply, those with Commerce stream are preferred. There is no work experience required for the course. However, students with work experience can also apply.

Every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. Do not lose your hope apply for the course in which you want to enroll, there are many colleges where the admission is based on counselling and personal interview. But you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.

The cut-off lies around 10-12k for ICT and 5-6k all India rank for ICT with a minor in CS. I am not sure of the ACPC ranks though. :)

Hey,
Duration of the diploma course after 12th science is two years. Candidates after completion of 12th can join the diploma course through lateral entry mode. Candidates are admitted directly to the second year of the three year diploma course. Admission to the lateral entry diploma is done on the basis of marks scored in the lateral entry examination.
